TOBACCO PRODUCTS USE POLICY

[Note: The following is a portion of a labor union agreement adopted in January, 1999 which deals with the use of tobacco products by Traverse City, Michigan police officers.]

Effective: January 1, 1999 through December 31, 2001

Section 18.20 Tobacco Products. Effective January 1, 1999, no new hire shall be permitted to use or possess tobacco products of any kind "on duty" and/or "off duty".
