What is Required for a T.3B Legal Provider?
1. Must be able to demonstrate that they have the experience or the capacity to deliver the service.
2. Must be willing to be subject to the restrictions and regulations that apply to the program, i.e. LSC restrictions, except for those governing eligibility; and ELAP Standards for the delivery of legal assistance to older persons
